Animals are their for you all the time, if you need them or not, they make you fell safe and take you into a whole new world, and show you a whole new perspective of life. If one says they don't like animals, they simply haven't earned the trust of one. An animals trust is something to hold close to your heart and never let go. A dog gives a beautiful friendship to man, that wil only be broken by man. A trustworthy friend and a loyal companion. A horse gives a friendship and after recieving love,respect and trust will give it all back and more. A friendship that gives freedom and happiness, and one that should be respected and loved.

I have a cat. My cat always sits with me, when I chant. A lady I know has a dog and she catnhs, and her dog always sits with her too. Animals seem to love daimoku. My friend, who died in the 1980 s had a small dog that loved daimoku, and sat with her while she chanted. My cat is pretty smart, he shakes his head when he doesn't want to do something you ask him to do. He opens doors to get back in with his paws and nose, if he can. He opens the refrigerator door when it's not too heavy to let you know he's hungry, and he makes a noise like he's grumbling when he doesn't like something and huffs off. I have noticed that just because you don't speak their language, doesn't make an animal stupid, they just seem to have restrictions such as paws, or a language barrier and perhaps some are even more caring than humans! I noticed that my cat is very kind to me. To explain how smart a pet can be, I witnessed this one time at Petco.Years ago, I was at Petco and a parrot was called bird brain by a child, taunting him. The bird waited until the child turned the other way. When the child was not facing the bird, the bird squawked, as if to scare the child. Then the bird cackled, as if laughing, once the child jumped and showed that he was frightened. Of course, you can't prove the bird did that to a child on purpose, but I did notice that happened, while I was standing there watching the parrots at Petco. So, I don't believe animals are stupid, that is unless you treat them like they are.OrchidTigress

I think that you will find a great deal on Moneysupermarket.com thats where I got my travel icrasunne, and they actually had to pay out on my policy as I ended up in a French hospital. My icrasunne was about 40pounds, and it was for annual icrasunne! I think from memory you could go away for up to 94 days at a time, or 17days at a time if you included winter sports.Hope this helps just remember to read the small print about how many consecutive days away from the UK you are covered for!
